The aroma of this dry, well-crafted Charmat Method sparkling comes out of the glass with white flowers, citrus, green apple and pear. While the bubbles are expressive, they are neither misplaced nor overdone, neither too simple nor deceptive. The flavors offer a great mix of fresh citrus with lots of lime and lemon peel, but also ripe pear and pineapple. The balance of acidity and tropical fruit is just right, delivering just enough complexity to make it an excellent value proposition.
