Nadal Late Harvest Essig zehn Jahre

The Spanish winery Finca Nadal de la Boadella has done it! With our own developed techniques we have created a unique late harvest vinagar. Due to the extraordinary sweetness of the late harvested grapes it is possible to obtain bittersweet vinegar with approximately 200 grams of natural sugar per liter. Contrary to what is usual with wine vinegar, it does not contain sulphites or colorants. A bittersweet natural vinegar, free of additives, sulphites and colorants. This vinagar goes perfectly with salads, fish and vegetables and even with meat dishes.
