Sourced from an exclusive small parcel, this rare grape variety from Niagara adds a special dimension to the Bella Terra Vineyards range. With dedication and craftsmanship, the excitement of this wine is preserved and enhanced by an 18-month maturation process in exclusively acacia wood barrels. This wood enriches the texture and elevates the aromas of the Viognier without overpowering them.

The nose unfolds an abundance of tropical scents such as mango and pineapple, combined with subtle hints of white flowers and poached pear. The palate is silky and creamy, but retains a pleasant freshness. The flavors follow closely the aromas and lead to a long, spicy finish with notes of white pepper and Chinese five spice.
